About the Project

Aggieland Construction is proud to be the chosen commercial construction partner for the Texas A&M Alpha Delta Pi Chapter Sorority House in College Station, Texas. We provided a Construction Manager at Risk delivery method to Alpha Delta Pi for their new 16,000 square-foot dorm. The building components included a foundation with stem walls and footings, and wood framed structure with an exterior masonry veneer. The interior included a commercial kitchen, dorm style bedrooms, custom restroom and shower accommodations, custom wood trim, wall coverings and custom flooring.
