About the Project

Aggieland Construction is proud to be the chosen construction partner for the Texas A&M Dunn Hall renovation project. A four-story modular dorm that includes 144 rooms and over 100,000 square-feet of conditioned space, the Dunn Hall renovation included all interior walls, floors, ceilings, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, doors, and millwork finishes. The project was completed in a 10-week performance period over summer break to allow students to move back into the dormitory before fall classes began.
