About the Project

Aggieland Construction is proud to be the chosen construction partner for the 7-acre Midtown Development in College Station, Texas. We provided design build for business and medical office condos, including site utilities, earthwork, slab on grade foundations, wood framed structures and masonry veneer. The first phase of the project included 30,000 square-feet of conditioned space mixed with business professional and medical offices.
